Hi I’m Natalie and own Alpacas Off Grid with my husband Grant. I will be your yoga teacher and guide for your retreat. Below is a little bit of information about my yoga journey:
To feel good about your body and mind is one of life’s treasures many people are yet to discover. I believe this treasure opened for me when I began to practice Hatha Yoga 25 years ago. To begin with yoga felt like a series of exercises and breathing techniques that left me feeling that I’d had a good workout. Meditation was the last thing on my mind at that stage, but after 2 years of practising yoga a shift happened that I’m eternally grateful for. It was an inner freedom and satisfaction that I was travelling down the right path in life which changed the way I reacted to everyday situations. I spent my 20’s & 30’s travelling and hiring halls to teach yoga to people I’d met. This also included visiting India to experience hands on the origins of yoga and to expand my knowledge.
I would like to think that the people I have met over the years and have introduced yoga to, are still in their own way aware of the changes it is making to their lives.
